Rory knows how, where, and when to share your story to help gain the clients and customers you’re trying to attract. She can help you achieve your social media goals through content creation, platform management, post scheduling, graphic design, and hashtag research. And she can help teach you how to be more actively involved with your platforms.

Marketing Manager

Sue comes to us with a diverse background and experience. She has her M.Ed. and B.S from Penn State and has run a large educational and vocational department in Philadelphia, which operated its’ training programs like small businesses- ranging from an Industrial workshop, janitorial contracting, food service operations, a temp service for clerical services provided by the Licensed business school students, mail and supply room services and a toner cartridge remanufacturing business.

She spanned the worlds of Human Services and Business to make her department financially independent and a model for training in Philadelphia. In addition, Sue has provided marketing for a musical instrument company, a packaging company and a sports psychologist, in addition to her own music career. In all of these experiences, Sue successfully juggled the priorities, and secured contracts and sales for the businesses.

Sue and is the one who keeps all of our ducks in order and makes sure things get done. She also handles client marketing campaigns including social media, ads, and much more!

Content Creator

Kaitlyn is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in English and a minor in Professional Writing Studies. While attending ASU, she gained internship experience with the Arkansas Review Literary Journal. She helped write correspondence with other writers and content reviewers, as well as press information. With her educational background, she’s excited to help you hone your writing to get your message heard!

She grew up with a passion for writing and helping others understand the power good writing can have. She knows it’s not just about what product or service you have to offer but how you tell others about the product or service as well that determines success.

Kaitlyn will help you find ways to write that keep you in tune with your clientele, give you tips to help you understand some tricky technical writing aspects, and also help you explore your creative side within your writing to promote yourself better. Kaitlyn is excited to learn how writing and the quality of written content can be furthered for small businesses.
